The Athlete’s Guild and Coffs Coast Sports Physiotherapy were proud to support this year’s C.ex Group Coffs Harbour Running Festival, providing post-race massage for every runner across all events — from the full marathon to the family fun run.

Organised by the Rotary Club Of Coffs Harbour Inc, the Festival once again brought our community together on a course that showcased the very best of Coffs — from the Botanic Gardens and Coffs Creek to the Jetty and Southwall.

A big congratulations to every participant — and to our very own Trent Renshaw for completing the HQB Accountants Auditors Advisors Half Marathon in 1:32:54. 🙌

Trent Renshaw

Trent is a qualified oncology, sports and remedial massage therapist, and an accredited lymphoedema, men’s health and scar therapy practitioner. Based in Coffs Harbour, he works with athletes and men navigating recovery from injury, surgery, or cancer treatment. As a former professional triathlete, Trent brings performance focus and evidence-based care to help clients move, feel, and perform better.
